Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nauru Apartments website (the “Site”) and any booking you make with The Nauru Apartments Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By making a booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. When you book, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method presented. A booking is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation from us by email.

2. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include the nightly rate, a one-off cleaning fee, applicable taxes and a service fee, as itemised at checkout. The total shown before you confirm is the total you pay. Unless stated otherwise, 50% is charged at the time of booking and the remaining balance two weeks before arrival.

3. Check-in and check-out

Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM local time (NRT, UTC+12). Most of our homes offer self check-in; access details and the exact address are shared after your booking is confirmed. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and cannot be guaranteed.

4. House rules

  • No parties or events without prior written approval.
  • No smoking indoors.
  • Pets are permitted only where a listing states so, and on request.
  • The maximum number of guests shown on the listing may not be exceeded.
  • Please respect quiet hours after 10:00 PM.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations are governed by the cancellation policy shown on each listing and by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Damage and liability

You are responsible for the property during your stay and for any damage beyond fair wear and tear. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Nauru Apartments Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Nauru. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nauru.
